• Rings must fit well and should neither be too loose nor too tight.
• Please be aware that the size of your fingers may change slightly according to seasons, daytime and age. Fingers' thickness tend to change from morning to evening, and in warm or cold weather.
• You can find your European & US finger size by using our international size chart below and convert your size.
• If your finger size is unknown, you can measure the inside diameter of an existing ring (in mm), and convert it to the size using our size chart.

Place the ring on a piece of white paper, next to a ruler, (make sure the numbers on the ruler are visible) and take a top view photo. Send it to us via email at WANT@MULIKAJEWELRY.com. By using your image our team can quickly and accurately determine a suitable size.
Check with the person’s best friend or relative if they know their ring size. If they don’t know, find a ring that the person wears often and follow the instructions above. Keep in mind that the ring should fit on the correct finger.

Ring sizing is not universal, and we want your ring to fit perfectly! We highly recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings by using our size guide prior to placing your online order.
If your ring does not fit, we offer one free resize per order within the first 30 days of ownership. The client is responsible for shipping costs both ways. We will gladly resize your ring after the 30 days period, and more than once if necessary, but this will require an additional fee plus shipping. International clients are responsible for shipping and customs fees for resizing services, so we encourage all clients to utilize our sizing service to avoid needing a resize.
Resizing for rings purchased from an authorized retailer must be returned through the original point of purchase.
Our current timeline for resizing requests is 2-4weeks from the time we receive your ring.
All of MULIKA jewelry is handmade from solid Gold. We use 14 Karats yellow/ white/ rose gold with the symbol of 14K or 585. We also use 18 Karats yellow/ white/ rose gold with the symbol of 18K or 750. White gold jewelry receives Rhodium flashing to get the right white finish. We use recycled gold whenever possible.
All MULIKA jewelry can be customized and set with an upgraded diamond of your specific grade upon request. If you are looking for a diamond of a specific grade or budget please contact us by filling this form. We’ll be happy to source the right diamond for you.
We offer GIA/IGL jewelry certificate, a complimentary gemological laboratory certificate, upon request per client when ordering, with every jewelry of 0.30 carats diamond and up, for free. IGL will inspect and issue jewelry certificate including diamond grading and evaluation. Inspection takes an additional 3 business days until ready to ship.

Most of our pieces require 2-4 weeks for production time, and making sure your jewelry is perfect! Bespoke jewelry pieces usually take between 3-12 weeks, depending on the piece. Yes! We ship internationally via UPS/ FedEx/ DHL (depending on the shipping restrictions for particular countries). You will be charged at checkout, once you complete your purchase and enter your address. Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be charged by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Fees can be paid via the UPS/ FedEx/ DHL website and they will contact you directly.
