Where is your jewelry made?


Our jewelry is made in our studio right by Tel-Aviv. All pieces are unique, handmade from high-quality materials and with great attention to details and comfort.




Do you have a showroom or can I visit the studio?


Right now we are exploring opportunities to extend our reach.




How can I determine the correct ring size?


• Rings must fit well and should neither be too loose nor too tight. • Please be aware that the size of your fingers may change slightly according to seasons, daytime and age. Fingers' thickness tend to change from morning to evening, and in warm or cold weather. • You can find your European finger size by using the international size chart below and convert your size. • If your finger size is unknown, you can measure the inside diameter of an existing ring (in mm), and convert it to the size using the chart below.




What can I do if I wasn't able to measure my existing ring?


we are able to determine your finger size most efficiently and accurately with a single picture. please follow the instructions: Place the ring on a piece of white paper, next to a ruler, (make sure the numbers on the ruler are visible) and take a top view photo. Send it to us via email at MULIKAJEWELRY@gmail.com. By using your image our team can quickly and accurately determine a suitable size.




I am planning a surprise.  How can I choose the right ring size?


Check with the person’s best friend or relative if they know their ring size. If they don’t know, find a ring that the person wears often and follow the instructions above. I received my new ring and it doesn't fit me. What should l do?


Ring sizing is not universal, and we want your ring to fit perfectly!
We highly recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings by using our size guide prior to placing your online order.
If your ring does not fit, we offer one free resize per order within the first 30 days of ownership. The client is responsible for shipping costs both ways. We will gladly resize your ring after the 30 days period, and more than once if necessary, but this will require an additional fee plus shipping. International clients are responsible for shipping and customs fees for resizing services, so we encourage all clients to utilize our sizing service to avoid needing a resize. Resizing for rings purchased from an authorized retailer must be returned through the original point of purchase. Our current timeline for resizing requests is 2-4weeks from the time we receive your ring.




How can I determine the right size in bracelets and necklaces?


The sizes on our website show the length in centimeters. You can use measuring ribbon, string or paper to measure the length of bracelets and necklaces ONLY. When measuring with string or paper, use a ruler to determine size.




Which precious metals do you use?


All of MULIKA jewelry is handmade from solid Gold. We use 14 Karats yellow/ white/ rose gold with the symbol of 14K or 585. We also use 18 Karats yellow/ white/ rose gold with the symbol of 18K or 750. White gold jewelry receives Rhodium flashing to get the right white finish. We use recycled gold whenever possible.




Can I request a specific Karat grade of gold for my jewelry?


Yes, we offer a choice between 14K and 18K gold. If you wish to upgrade to 22K or 24K jewelry please contact us at want@mulikajewelry.com.




Do you use natural diamonds?


Yes, all our diamonds are sourced at the Israeli Diamond Exchange and carefully hand-picked.
We work with excellent cut, conflict free diamonds.
Clarity range: VVS1-SI1
Color range: E-H




Can I upgrade or request a different diamond?


All MULIKA jewelry can be customized and set with an upgraded diamond of your specific grade upon request. If you are looking for a diamond of a specific grade or budget please contact us at want@mulikajewelry.com. We’ll be happy to source the right diamond for you.




Do you provide certificates for diamond jewelry?


We offer GIA/IGL jewelry certificate, a complimentary gemological laboratory certificate, upon request per client when ordering, with every jewelry of 0.30 carats diamond and up, for free.
IGL will inspect and issue jewelry certificate including diamond grading and evaluation.
Inspection takes an additional 3 business days until ready to ship.




Do you use precious gemstones?


Yes, with custom design service you can request your preferred gemstones and we’ll source it for you, upon market availability.




Do you make custom made jewelry?


Yes, we offer an exclusive Bespoke jewelry service, crafting unique pieces, handmade from scratch with the highest attention to detail and comfort according to your personal dreams and budget. For more info about bespoke service click here




How long does it take to design and craft a custom jewelry?


Normally the process can take 3 - 12 weeks from initial meeting to completion depending on the complexity of the design and your cooperation.  For more info about bespoke service click here




I would like to get someone a custom made jewelry but don’t have an idea of what they like.  What do you suggest?

Another option is to purchase a gift card and give your loved one unique experience of designing their own piece of jewelry.

How long would it take to make my jewelry?


Most of our pieces require 2-4 weeks for production time, and making sure your jewelry is perfect! Bespoke jewelry pieces usually take between 3-12 weeks, depending on the piece. We try to accommodate rush orders whenever possible, so contact us at WANT@MULIKAJEWELRY.com prior to placing your order.




Do you ship internationally?


Yes! We ship internationally via UPS/ FedEx/ DHL (depending on the shipping restrictions for particular countries). You will be charged at checkout, once you complete your purchase and enter your address. Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be charged by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Fees can be paid via the UPS/ FedEx/ DHL website and they will contact you directly.




Do you insure jewelry before shipping it?


All shipments are sent via insured international first class service, therefore require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery.




My package arrived but I wasn’t home to accept it.  What should I do?


We do our best to let you know in advance when to expect the package. If your order is sent back to MULIKA by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.




How do I know that my order is ready and was shipped?


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What forms of payment do you accept?


We use PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment and is very easy to use. You may pay directly through PayPal using most debit or credit cards.
If you prefer paying via a bank transfer (IL ONLY), please contact us for arrangements to be made. Orders will only be dispatched when your payment has been cleared and received. Please allow up to 3 business days.





Return & Exchange

How can I cancel an order I've placed?


If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at WANT@MULIKAJEWELRY.com Cancellation must be requested within 48 hours of order placement . We begin the craftsmanship process as soon as your order is placed, so any cancellation requests after 48 hours will be considered a return and all return policies will apply. We will refund you in full for your canceled order, however custom jewelry, deposits, rush orders or fees, and partial payments are non-refundable.

Can I return or exchange the jewelry I bought or got as a gift?


As all of our pieces are handmade to order, all returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing especially for rings prior to placing your online order. If you wish to exchange a product or return a product (if applicable), please contact WANT@MULIKAJEWELRY.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 14 days of delivery confirmation date with original packaging in perfect condition including all product documentation.
